For one of our clients we provide support covering their 4 servers co-located in London running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and 5. This entails looking after the servers on a daily basis, monitoring and healthchecks, emergency response and additional software installations. We also provide a 24/7/365 support service for their Oracle services running on two of their servers.
We provide fortnightly meetings with their technical staff to discuss any future requirements, including ideas on how to improve their server software and hardware platform to increase resiliency and performance.
We also provide Voice over IP solutions which allow them to connect multiple handsets to our system which handles their inbound and outbound calls.
